The 9th Sports Night
The 9th Annual Sports Night was held in the Hong Kong Airport Regal Hotel on 3rd July 2019. The Sports Night is a celebration of students’ sporting achievements over the course of the year. Students were publicly recognized for their contributions and achievements in sports on that night. It was great to have parents, guests, coaches and teachers to support the students and share this memorable experience with them.
The Best Sportsman Awards’ went to Anthony Coebergh (5A) and Kimberly Hobson (4A). This was the most fruitful year for the YHKCC sports teams in our school’s history as the School achieved the overall Champion for all sports for both boys and girls. Moroever, three students received the Grantham Outstanding Student Athlete Awards in individual sport in swimming and rugby sevens, while one student achieved the Ten Sport Excellence Award.
New awards were presented this year including Most Improved Player and Most Valuable Player of the junior category. Other awards were as follows:

Two sports performances, Phoenix’s Cheerleading Performance and the YHKCC Hip-Hop Dance Performance brought us to the climax of the evening. It was a glorious night to be treasured and remembered by all.
